I was looking up ways to burn calories on the internet, and I came across a list that had walking, biking, cleaning, weight lifting etc...and then I get to the bottom of the list and theres this:

Calories Burned for Activity: Walking To and From An Outhouse

170 calories per hour

Ok so....apparently walking to the outhouse is different than the calories burned walking in general. Maybe you have to do a 2 and are walking with much more urgency..?

Also, who walks to and from their outhouse for one hour...for exercise? And also...who has an outhouse?

Going to a BBQ today! I bet my pasty body is going to fry. I don't tan, there was a brief period a few years ago when I tried the whole tanning booth thing, i just got red...and then white again. It's futile.

I've been trying to get back into working out. I haven't been in shape since I started school. Now that I'm done I've been going to the gym or swimming laps in the pool. I don't mind doing it either. It leaves you pleasantly exhausted if that makes any sense. Now the eating health food part is the next big thing to tackle. I don't even know where to start with that. I stopped going out to eat all time, I'm just not sure what to buy from the grocery store that's semi-healthy. blah!

Soooooooo, you people should call me to hang out and do things, I'm off Wednesdays, Fridays and all weekend for at least another month and I crave social interaction.

I've decided that I only like old people when they are NOT driving cars. I almost got hit today by some old lady hunched over the steering wheel, turning right out into hall road traffic. My A #1 idiot driving story for the month though is the man hauling lumber in his pickup truck (most of the time you see this, the wood is bound up at least so it doesnt fall all over). This genius however decides to pile the wood up, keeping the bed of his truck down so he could fit more wood, and SECURE IT WITH AN EXTREMELY LARGE STONE. (Sort of like a paperweight if you will....except if he brakes suddenly it may shatter the windshield and skull over the unlucky driver behind him. As I drove by I noticed the unlucky driver behind him was a little old lady in those cataracts sunglasses hunched over the steering wheel. Talke about needing to be a defensive driver!

BY the way has anyone heard from Karyn, her phones been shut off for a few weeks and i dunno whats going on.

This is what I'm lacking.

So when i was up at 330am Saturday morning watching the news, I heard about this:
The U.S. Army is proposing to pre-treat stockpiles of VX nerve agent at its Newport Chemical Agent Disposal Facility in Newport Indiana, and then transport the resulting hydrolysate across the country to the DuPont Chambers Works facility at Carney’s Point, Salem County, NJ for final treatment and disposal into the Delaware River

All I can say is.....Sucks to be you New Jersey!

And then they immediately went to the guy who found a lottery ticket under his bed that just happened to be a (in the ballpark of $600,000) winner. It would've expired in April. Lucky bastard. I went to the casino this weekend. Ya know what I won? 35 bucks. Do you think I went home with my slot machine ticket and lost it under my bed? NO I fucking didn't. I turned it in. I think if this man is stupid enough to lose a piece of paper work $600,000 he doesn't deserve it and he should give it to me.
So today for my mediocre gym workout, I decided to wear my "Got your tickets to the gunshow t-shirt"...even though I have pasty unmuscular white arms. Actually the arrows point up more towards my boobs because the shirt is made for a guy....Heather said it should say got your tickets to the torpedo show. Amusing none the less. I also like to take the five pound weights and grunt when I lift them like the guys with the weight bench do......and sometimes when I get off of a weight machine I like to put the weight at a really heavy setting so the next guy that gets on feels like a puss. I get there have to take my belt off and walk through the metal detector four times only to realize that my court date was TOMORROWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWww. So now I missed my one day of class for the WRONG day and have to be tardy tomorrow. I feel like a big tard, I don't know what to tell my teacher.

This is almost more annoying than spending two hours at the Secretary of State yesterday. I walked in, grabbed a number (38) and looked up to see they were on #70 had to go up to 100 and then back around to my 38.

Then my scary neighbor whistled at me four times while I struggled with carrying all my books in the house. I wanted to turn around and say I heard ya the first three times I'm just not interested!!!#*^$&*^!

I'm hungry someone wake up and go to breakfast with me since I'm missing school today apparently.

On the bright side this always makes me smile. Today was particularly good for a giggle. Read it. I said read it: http://comics.com/comics/pearls/archive/pearls-20060220.html

Today feels like such a gloomy day. I just feel like curling up and napping my way through the rest of the afternoon. Its too bad i still have to study and work out with Heather. I'm supposed to be determined.*insert theme from Rocky here* But really, it would be wonderful if I could get down to the size i was my senior year in High School and get straight A's in school...Unfortunately both of those goals are wearing me out.

Somebody take me on a vacation!

(somewhere warm that has drinks with umbrellas in them)

But I still think I deserve to be rewarded with something fun to do today. When the movie ended the Ghostbusters theme played all night I guess, so that may explain my weird dreams. God I'm so cool, we both know you want to be me.

So I woke up hungover this morning to a phone call from this girl from school who told me that i had FUCKING MIDTERMS ON MONDAY. SO here I am hungover and completely unprepared trying to study my butt off on the couch with an icepack on my head drinking peptobismal. I'm not going to lie to you guys....i don't think it's going well. I think that you should cross your fingers for me...and maybe say a prayer if you're so inclined.

I'm really bummed I wanted to go to Shan's party tonight and see everybody. Joe's house was so fun last night. I got to see people I haven't seen in a long time. I'm kind of embarrassed though because I had quite a few beers and i know my voice goes up a few notches and I start talking too much. I probably come off like an asshole, but I'm really not! Beer just makes me chatty. And i like you people. ha

I'm deliriously tired. Ive been up since 330 am for work and I work this shift all weekend. Did you ever notice how everything becomes so much more funny when you're tired? I was watching some really bad western movie with goldie hawn and the guy from just shoot me. The cowboy tried to pick her up and put her on his horse during this big intense getaway seen and the girl, the guy and the horse all fell over. I don't know why i'm explaining this because the only way you MIGHT find it funny is on the offchance that you've been up since 330 am too.

And probably not even then.

It pays to be easily amused.
